Questions about the shop
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping €10.00 (3–5 working days), free over €60.00. Express €20.00 (1–2 working days). For Sicily and Sardinia a surcharge of €4.00 applies.
When will my order arrive?
We pack the parcels at the masseria within 1 working day. With standard shipping your order arrives in 3–5 working days, with express in 1–2 working days. You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the parcel leaves.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves we email you the code and a link to follow the parcel. The latest status is also always visible in your profile, under "My orders" ("I miei ordini").
How are bottles and oil shipped?
Bottles and tins travel in shock-proof honeycomb cardboard packaging, designed for shipping wine and oil. If anything still arrives damaged, take a photo and write to us: we will replace it.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is intact and unopened. To return something, contact customer service (email, phone or WhatsApp) with your order number: we will tell you how to proceed and refund you within 5 days of receiving it back.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, and we ship once the payment has been received. At checkout you always see the methods available for your order.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship abroad. Costs and delivery times depend on the country and the quantity: write to us at bottega@tenutamontevitolo.it and we will reply with a quote. For larger quantities we work out a tailored solution together.
How does the gift card work?
The gift card arrives by email, with its code, and is valid for 12 months from purchase. You enter the code in your customer area (Area clienti) and the credit is spent at checkout, over several purchases if you like, until it runs out: for wines, oil, gift ideas and the event tickets sold on the site.
When does the new olive oil arrive?
The olive harvest usually starts at the end of October, but each year the season decides the date: the weather brings the ripening of the olives forward or delays it. The new oil reaches the shop as soon as it is ready.
Do you make corporate gifts?
Yes: on request we prepare personalised corporate gifts with the wines and olive oil from our estate, for clients, colleagues and special occasions. Write to us at bottega@tenutamontevitolo.it with how many gifts you need and by when, and we will suggest the options.
Do I have to be of legal age to order wine?
Yes: the sale of wine, sparkling wine and other alcoholic drinks is reserved for adults. By ordering them you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
