Eugénie's wine
Eugénie grew up among the scents of sage, rosemary and chamomile, in the shade of the masseria's fruit trees. Her father, an expert and caring farmer, had introduced her to the art of the vine: learning from those vigorous vines tenacity and strength.
This Chardonnay is dedicated to her; it is picked later, in the middle ten days of August: those extra days of sun give it flesh and depth.
French oak adds depth without covering the fruit. Full, round, enveloping: the white for important tables.
