The story
Our house bubbles
It comes from Greco grapes, with a long second fermentation and only a hint of dosage.
Greco grows on a hectare and a half facing south-east and is harvested in the last ten days of August.
In the glass it is fresh and citrusy, with a touch of peach that adds softness. It is the glass with which we welcome guests in the courtyard.
