Nero di Troia Nirvə
Nero di Troia as you would not expect it: austere by birth, delicate on the palate.

Black by name, gentle in fact.
Black, in our dialect
Nirvə, in the dialect of Andria, means black: dark, intense, tannic. Like Nero di Troia, the proudest grape of our land, austere and little inclined to compromise.
Ours grows on three hectares facing north-west and is harvested in the first ten days of October.
In the glass it surprises: violet, sour cherry and a touch of elegant oak, and on the palate a delicacy you do not expect. Harmonious, persistent.
