Bombino Nero, the pink grape of Castel del Monte, here becomes sparkling wine.
We harvest it in the first ten days of September, when it keeps all its freshness, and leave it a long time in the autoclave so that the bubbles become fine.
In the glass it is red fruit and white flowers. Fine, delicately aromatic: the glass of summer evenings.
