Rosato da Bombino Nero
Bombino Nero from Castel del Monte, in pink: wild strawberry and small red fruits.

Pink, taken seriously.
Born for pink
Castel del Monte Bombino Nero is the only DOCG in Italy reserved solely for rosé. Bombino Nero is its soul: a grape that gives its best on the hill of Castel del Monte.
Four hectares facing north-west, just under 300 metres above sea level, harvested in the first ten days of October.
In the glass it is red fruit and a hint of flowers; on the palate a lively acidity that keeps the drinking light.
